About me

Calm under pressure, fair with people, accurate with data.

I am a humanitarian field professional with over five years of work experience, including more than two years of daily frontline work in the Rohingya refugee response in Ukhiya, Cox's Bazar. As Distribution Point Manager on an IOM-supported project, I manage day-to-day distribution operations at Balukhali, serving 1,000+ beneficiaries per day and 2,000+ during high-volume cycles.

My daily work is crowd management, beneficiary verification with KoboToolbox and GDT, solving problems on the spot, and coordinating with camp management, IOM staff, partners and community leaders. I follow Accountability to Affected People (AAP) principles and make sure every person can share complaints and feedback safely.

I hold a BBA in Accounting (CGPA 3.94/4.00) and I am fluent in Bangla, English and Rohingya, so I can talk directly and respectfully with communities, partners and management.
